TERRASTAR Joint Stock Company was established in Izmir in 2024 in order to carry its long years of knowledge and experience in the field of organic product certification to production.

Organic products are not just a consumption choice; they are an essential part of a healthy life, a balanced diet and a harmonious relationship with the environment. By processing and packaging organic snacks, pulses and cereals whose reliability is certified by national and international certificates, we contribute to making these products available to more people.

Our production areas are regularly inspected by international audit organizations and their compliance with food safety criteria is documented.

Production Facility and Capacity

In our 1.500 m² closed area facility, we combine the possibilities of modern technology with the rich resources offered by nature. We reach a daily production capacity of 10,000 packets of organic buckwheat-rice cereals and 5 tons of pulses and grains. Our facility is audited with BRCGS, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and vegan certificates and produces in accordance with hygiene and food safety protocols.

Production and Quality Processes

Our organic raw materials are monitored throughout the supply chain with the monitoring systems required by regulations and stored in climate-controlled warehouses. While our energy-efficient automation systems ensure continuous consistency in production, we contribute to sustainable production with the use of packaging that complies with European Union recycling directives and a 90% waste recovery rate.

Logistics and Supply

Our products are delivered to customers through certified supply channels and regular traceability reports. Contract farming practices with local farmers ensure the quality and sustainability of our raw materials.
